Although the GOP Convention is months and months away, we thought we'd introduce you to a few of their favorite sons (and daughters?) before they get blown away in the Primaries - starting with...drum roll, please...Paul Davis Ryan!
The Vice Presidential candidate joined Mitt Romney in what can only be termed a shellacking in 2012, but his sunny optimism has to be admired - or does it?
Here's Mrs. Ryan's little boy Paulie at his best, as his heart pours out to our children...
"Paul Ryan Says Free School Lunches Give Kids 'An Empty Soul.'"
![]() |
Congressman Paul Ryan, of Wisconsin, waves to the crowd after speaking during the Conservative Political Action Conference at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Md., March 6, 2014. |
"In a speech he made at Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), the country’s largest gathering of conservative leaders and activists, Thursday, he shared this story he heard from Eloise Anderson, who serves in the cabinet for Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker:
"She once met a young boy from a poor family. And every day at school, he would get a free lunch from a government program. But he told Eloise he didn’t want a free lunch. He wanted his own lunch — one in a brown-paper bag just like the other kids’. He wanted one, he said, because he knew a kid with a brown-paper bag had someone who cared for him."
"He went on to say that “the Left” doesn’t understand this desire for dignity, not just comfort."
Naturally, a gifted leader like Ryan has set some goals for the rest of us...

...although some may have to suffer just a little bit...
"Rep. Paul Ryan defends cuts to military retirement in budget bill."
"By Jacqueline Klimas - The Washington Times - Monday, December 23, 2013
"Rep. Paul Ryan, Wisconsin Republican, defended controversial cuts to military retirement pay in the budget deal, saying that the need for military compensation reform is 'undeniable.'
"'For me, there’s simply no choice between responsible reforms of military compensation and making what our military leadership has called "disproportionate cuts to military readiness and modernization,"' Mr. Ryan wrote on a USA Today oped. 'Every time we kick the can down the road, we put our troops’ combat readiness at risk. This agreement put forward one reform option, and I invite others to do the same.'
"The two-year budget deal that passed Congress last week increases spending now in exchange for savings later and reduces the deficit by $23 billion over 10 years. The deal, authored by Mr. Ryan and Sen. Patty Murray, Washington Democrat, also cuts the cost-of-living adjustment to one percent below the consumer price index for military retirees younger than 62 and goes into effect in 2015..."
...when Paulie is back in town!

The Cons just HATE fact checkers, so sometimes we have to give Paulie a pass...
"A story too good to check: Paul Ryan and the tale of the brown paper bag."
"'The left is making a big mistake here. What they’re offering people is a full stomach and an empty soul. The American people want more than that. This reminds me of a story I heard from Eloise Anderson. She serves in the cabinet of my buddy, Governor Scott Walker. She once met a young boy from a very poor family, and every day at school, he would get a free lunch from a government program. He told Eloise he didn’t want a free lunch. He wanted his own lunch, one in a brown-paper bag just like the other kids. He wanted one, he said, because he knew a kid with a brown-paper bag had someone who cared for him. This is what the left does not understand.'
"– Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), speech to the Conservative Political Action Conference, March 6, 2014..."
But since a picture is worth a thousand words, let's take a pictorial peed at Mr. Ryan's hopes and beliefs, starting with this...

...and this, because some crazy lady is his idol - he says...

...and what could be wrong with that kind of heroine worship...

...because heroines are made, not born.

But back to our pictures and photos and stuff, like this...

...and this...

...and this...

...and this...

...and this...

...and this...

...and this...

...and even this!

So remember kiddies, when Ryan boosters knock on your door, asking for your support and your money, just remember this...

...and of course, this!

The failed candidate of 2014 isn't any different than any of the other Conservative criminals, except that he tries to project the image of an economic "expert."
The only expertise a Con needs to run for office is his ability to eliminate taxes and regulations for the rich, while robbing the Middle Class and the Poor.
When any candidate in a democracy is able to get away with that sort of anti-democratic criminal behavior, something is severely wrong.
And to anyone with a lick of sense, it's obvious that they will continue on their merry way unless we...
...criminalize Conservatism!
