To paraphrase an old quote, "It's true that not all Conservatives are insane, but all insane people are Conservative," and some might think that we're just ignoring the sane Conservatives.
But sociopathy and psychopathy are terms that indicate insanity, aren't they?
"Why the GOP is the Party of Choice for Sociopaths and Psychopaths."

"'[O]utlaw the practice of witchcraft and Satanism in the US military, lest we offend the God of Heaven.' -- John Hagee
"'But it does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods or no God. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg.' -- Thomas Jefferson
"The Republican Party has become the party of choice for sociopaths and psychopaths. By now it should be more than obvious why this is true. Sure, these people are going to have problems regardless, but conservatives are more than happy to supply them with ammo, both literally and figuratively..."

The last presidential primaries were a disaster for the GOP because all of America was able to see all the lunatics trying to get into the White House.
So this year they're going to try to stop us from seeing their fruitcake candidates...
"The Republican Politburo Threatens To Censor Their Own Presidential Candidates."

"Anyone who followed the 2012 presidential primaries for the Republican Party were treated to a circus extravaganza that featured a parade of clown-like characters humiliating themselves and their party. It included Herman Cain, Michelle Bachmann, Ron Paul, Rick Perry, and Newt Gingrich. And always on the sidelines were were Sarah Palin and Donald Trump pretending that they were just about to jump in.
"It’s no wonder that the Republican National Committee is so determined to prevent a repeat of that embarrassment. There were nearly two dozens debates leading up to the Republican convention in August of 2012. That was an enormous about of time for the candidates to make asses of themselves, and they used that time to good advantage.
"So the RNC chairman Reince Priebus has just announced their schedule of sanctioned debates for the 2016 campaign season. There are only nine firm dates with another three penciled in as pending. That’s smart on their part because, as they learned last go around, the more people saw of their candidates, the less they liked them. And by forcing them to actually articulate their positions on issues, it made it harder for their ultimate nominee, Mitt Romney, to waver vaguely in the winds of 'Etch-a-Sketchy' opportunism. But has the RNC gone too far by dictating this mandate:
"'To give their push to control the debate process teeth, any candidate who participates in a non-sanctioned debate will not be allowed to participate in any more sanctioned debates.”
That is an awfully strict decree that borders on totalitarian control of what is supposed to be a democratic process...'"
It's hard to deny that the Cons are insane in regard to women when the Cons lay it all out there in the open...

And sometimes it's impossible to separate stupid, evil, and crazy...

...although "stupid" seems to be a common denominator in the Conservative "mind."

But there might be a reason why Conservatism attracts the nuts...

...because anything you say will be believed, no matter how nutty it sounds.

Some of the Republicans are downright insane AND stupid at the same time...
...and when we say "crazy" and "stupid" in the same sentence, this person always seems to come to mind.
But finally, we have to agree that even if the Conservative Sheeplets and most of their politicians seem crazy...their leadership is crazy like the proverbial fox!
********************

To some, crazy is in the eyes of the beholder but with Conservatives, insanity is just one of the ways that Conservative politicians build their base.
When was the last time any Con got called on their craziness by another Con?
When was the last time the MEDIA called them out for their insanity?
Never.
We really need to criminalize Conservatism, before we all go crazy. (Joyce, Jnr.)
